City Forex became part of the Equals Group back in 2018. Since then, we’ve been working to deliver a better way for you to manage your international payments and travel money. That’s why we’re upgrading our payments platform, and offering travel money through FairFX, who are also part of the Equals Group. The way your account works will change, but you’ll still have access to the same great rates and personal service. Due to the latest lockdown measures, our travel money services have been suspended until further notice. Once they are back up and running, personal and business customers will both be able to order cash through FairFX, or by getting in touch using the details below.

For those who still have travel money needs, you can order a FairFX Currency Card and lock in great rates for up to 15 major currencies.

Are you an existing City Forex customer?

We’re improving the way you make international payments online by upgrading you to our brand new Equals Money platform. You won’t have to do anything, we’ll move all of your account details, beneficiaries and transaction history over to your new account for you.

An upgrade email will be sent shortly explaining exactly what you need to do but for now, feel free to log in to your account as normal or contact your account manager if you have any questions.
